Gary Friedrich, creator of Ghost Rider, sues Marvel over the Ghost Rider movie

Since Stan Lee's Magazine Management (which became Marvel Entertainment) failed to register the character at the Copyright Office all rights to the character reverted back to Gary Friedrich in 2001.
