DC Superheroines in commercial (or something)

I'm not entirely sure what this is at all. A commercial for something? It's in Spanish. Features Batgirl, Catwoman, and Wonder Woman.

    The text says "Women always knew that a change of clothes gives us powers." It's for a clothing store the palace of -something-, I can't make out the last word in the vid.

      Thanks for that, man. I read somewhere else it was a clothing store in Spain. If I ever make it to Spain, I have to buy something from them.
